Think the Opposite

If you were alive in the 90s and living in America, you’ll remember George Costanza doing the opposite.

My therapist wants me to think the opposite. She wants me to confront each of my negative thoughts, and then say ‘what if the opposite is true?’

I recently realized that the foundation of all my issues is this: I feel I am not good enough. I never feel good enough.

What if the opposite is true. What if I am good enough?
